I recently bought a 1998 Honda Civic LX, 4Dr sedan. When I bought it, seller said that car has keyless entry built into it and I just need to change the battery in the remote key chain.


I recently changed the battery. But keyless entry does not working. Could some one please answer the following questions.

1) How to check if my car really has keyless entry receiver.
2) How to program this ?

I was able solve this problem by using directions given in the honda-a-accessories instructions.
