Put in my new tranny today...
Well, took off my old one (from a 99 LX). The seal on the inside, where the axel goes in, was half gone. Half the METAL seal was litterally gone. I guess thats why I heard "metal spitting" sounds from my tranny, and what was causing my tranny fluid leak and whirring noise when I drove.
Anyways, put in a 93 EX/Si tranny. The guy that put it in said it looked like it was from a 96+. I dunno how to tell though. It looked almost exactly the same, but with minor details in the "shell" I guess you'd call it.
Also put in my Exedy Racing Clutch. Feels a bit stiffer than stock, guess I'll have to break it in.

It felt a little different, but I didnt want to rip it. But it could be the fact that my ECU was reset
