what need for turbo install..???

Default what need for turbo install..???

ok im gonna be installing my greddy bolt on turbo kit on my 00 civic ex 4-door within the next 2-3 days!i have an idea of what i need to have for the install, but just to get an idea im asking yall,what do i need to have by my side to put on the greddy turbo kit???anything special???

Basic hand tools and a lot of time are all you need. Like I said before, the Greddy kit is very complete assuming yours came with injectors.

yaa it come with injectors,emanage,etc...i was just wondering what else could be replaced like plugs,oil,etc...

You will have to drain the coolant, so you should think about freshening it up with some new stuff. 1 step colder heat range plugs don't hurt either.

The emanage is a turd, but it will get your car running. Make sure you are comfortable with electrical work before you start hacking away at the ECU harness.

does the greddy kit come with a bov or intercooler? i thought i saw some kits without. if you don't have those items you need to pick them up.

i have a BOV(greddy type-s and flange)i am waiting to get the turbo to see if i can use some of the piping so i do not get too much intercooler piping for it,then ill purchase aJRC intercooler and some piping!oh,will my BOV still be audible even though i will only be running the stock 5.5psi for a lil'whilei might turn it up depending on the PSI drop because of the intercooler.I just do not want to turn it up too high because of the stock internals(for now).

jrc makes good fmic's. im running his 5"

you'll probably want to turn up the boost haha. boost is addicting you'll always want more

I would still drain it and pour new stuff in now that it also has to go to the turbo.
