I think 20-30hp you might be able to feel, but it's hard to judge. I know I can tell the difference between my 95hp 1991 Civic Si and driving a Mustang Cobra SVT this past weekend with over 300hp :loco:
haha i drove a cobra too!! my friend Josh (stratguitarist) just got it. That thing is fricking scary haha

As far as hp goes, you dont really "feel" hp its torque that sits you ass in the seat

yeah, i love hondas, but you wanna feel a nice pull....1992+ saab 9000 turbos....make 244 ft lbs of torque @ 2000 rpms. those are nice, but way less reliable. id never buy one.

you can feel small differences however they are hard to notice when installing parts because you dont actively engage/disengage them you just start driving the car with a slight increase in power. Just think about air conditioning. when you turn that bastard on you can definately feel a decrease in power, and immediately feel it come back when you turn it off. The actual power loss isnt all that much but definately noticeable. The difference with ac on and off is only about an extreme maximum of 15 hp.

thats what im doing man, gonna start getting my part list done over the winter and with my tax returns just start buying it. i figure ill have to do maintainance to my motor first. valve adjustment, possibly new springs. water pump. the bottom end seems pretty good and i gotta do a compression check. but yeah, turbo all the way man. its rellatively cheap power. just research, read, ask questions. thats what im doing and working my way through the bs to get where i want with my car. my goal is 200whp.
