Don't buy anything fancy. You'll be replacing them often. NGK's are perfect because they're so cheap, and they just work.
Check your heat ranges, though. Figure out which heat range you need based on the amount of boost you'll be running. If you're running under 14PSI al lthe time, use whatever NGK plug is best for your engine. If you run over 14PSI daily, go 1 heat range colder. It makes a difference.

umm, no on the iridium.
if u wanna be specific, im running 10psi on my car and i went up 2 heat ranges. stock plug was a zrf53, i went to a bkr7e, and the car runs great, gapped the plugs to .30, did a WOT run, and the plugs look normal
