Default distinct turbo whistle...

will the greddy turbo kit for a 00civic produce that distinct turbo whistle when it spools and stuff???also what max psi can i run the kit at with the stock greddy emanage+forged internals?? last but not least,where can i find out how to hook up the greddy emanage???

any fan/turbine rotating fast enough will make a "whistle"......

as far as "how much boost?", i dont know your full setup but id say no more than 15lbs

Yes, the Greddy kit makes the distinctive whistling noise. It is a turbo kit after all. h:

I would recommend taking that E-manage and throwing it straight in the trash where it belongs. I had one a while back and ended up selling it on ebay because of the constant issues I had with it. Expect about 2 hours of hacking up the ECU harness to get it installed, constant CEL's, OBD2 learns around it, crappy hardware support, instruction manual riddled with poorly translated English and mistakes, and rediculous "extra" harnesses to get all the features. I strongly advise against installing that piece of shit.

Instead, buy a P28, chip it out and tune with your tuning program of choice. And also, it isn't the shitty emanage that will be holding you back from more boost, it is the puny injectors that come with the kits. You will need to upgrade those and get a higher volume fuel pump if you expect to run any more than 8.5 psi.
