Power locks not working
Hi,
I have a 2001 Honda Civic Si. Just recently I noticed that the drivers side power locs would not work unless you manually bring it up and down yourself.
It used to work a while back. Everytime I press the button/swtich to lock/open you see the tab trying to go up/down but it will not go down/up fully.
What could be wrong?? I wanted to try some WD 40 but don't want to mess the locks up, told my dad about it and he just told me to have a dealer check it out which I will later this week.
Does anyone know why this would happen??

when this happened to me with my aftermarket powerlocks, it turned out that the clamp holding the actuator to the doorlock got loose. all i did was tighten it and it was fine aftewards. i'm not too sure how the factory ones work, but its worth checking out vs paying the dealer?
