engine noise

alright my friend has a d16y8 in his 00 civic, there is a knocking/tapping comming from the engine bay....not throwing a code..oil level is fine, any suggestions for him

he has roughly 64,xxx miles

prolly just a light vavle tap. have a honda tech look @ it and use a stethoscope to listen to where it's comingfrom. look into a valve adjustment

if it is his valves its bad i think it might be more of a piston/rod issue but hes going to honda today...ill let u guys know
