I drive a 92 civic hatch

For whatever reason my entire guage cluster is pretty dead. None of the guages seem to be working and not even my ebrake light lights up. Regular blinkers dont work but the emergency ones do.

It's definatly not the fuse because the tail lights and lic. plate are on the same fuse and are working fine. I dont know what happned, it had been working fine just a day or two before.

has this happned to anyone else?

 

do a cylinder leak down test, that should help pinpoint the problem

I just did a search, and read a couple articles but I beleive my probelm to be electrical. it has nothing to do with the engine, does it?

 

then maybe try a compression test, it could increase power by as much as 5HP

 

what are you talking about? I want my guages and blinkers to work. I dont need more power.

 

no dude you got it all wrong new gauges and blinkers won't give you more HP

 

Thanks for all your non-help but I have a pretty serious problem here. no blinkers means a good chance of getting pulled over. I want to fix this asap and would appreciate any real help I could get.
