If your motor isn't modified, I recommend Laguna Viejo Auto in Mission Viejo. Their prices are reasonable, they give a hefty warranty, and they do things right the first time. I really liked them, but they won't work on my car since I put the turbo on.

It isn't very hard to do at all. I have done it on my GSR motor with just basic hand tools. I would recommend picking up a Helms manual and looking over the procedure to see if it is something you want to tackle. You can download the PDF version of the Helms for the 94-01 Integra from the resources sticky at the top of this forum.

I'ts not too hard. The hardest part for me was getting the gasket off the valve cover because I used silicone sealant to ensure a quality seal.
