Default ITS DONE.....sorta...

Ok well not really haha BUT the bulk of the turbo is install is finnaly done lol. Was working on this damn install till 1 in the morning lol. As it stands now the list of what needs to be done is...
Aquire a metal line for the oil pressure gauge (any suggestions?)
Aquire a 1/8 npt AN fitting for oil block adapter
Aquire gaskets for the downpipe (both ends)
Weld in sensor bung for EGT gauge
Wire up all the gauges for lights
Get EGT and Oil Pressure gauges hooked up
Wire up the wideband
Chip the ECU
install the injectors and sparkplugs
tune

The 1/8 AN fitting i need because on the oil block adapter where the Oil pressure line currently comes out, it comes out right next to the block, and the line is the cheapo plastic stuff that would melt for sure. I want to get a metal line for the Oil pressure because id rather be safe then sorry haha. If any of you guys know where i can pick these things up id apreciate it (va people who know a STORE where i can walk in and walk out with these items will become a god in my eyes ) All and all every thing is working pretty well, ive got an exhaust leak due to the lack of any kind of gaskets on the down pipe but thats about it. I need to tighten up the AN fittings off the oil feed line because there dripping a little. Im really looking forward to finnaly getting to boost lol its sad to see that boost gauge show nothing but vaccuume. OK here are some pictures of the install, Im loving the fit of the intercooler, really worked out nice.

The plastic will work for the gauge, but I had leaks and shit from day one, so I ditched mine and bought an electric one. I would think that any bigger diameter tubing would affect the gauge reading.

Looks pretty good otherwise. Looks like you have everything covered pretty well.

Sweet, what do you have under there? Did you make the kit yourself? How much have you spent so far?
What Electronics are you running?

Hey, I have a question....

I am currently running the crappy rubber Greddy oil return line. Are you using a braided line and where did you get yours? I suspect mine is leaking and it would probably be a good idea to replace it with something better.

nope crappy rubber return for me aswell, the braided line is the oil feed.
As far as the other guy goes, most of the set up is listed in my sig, ive spent WAY to much haha the way ive gone about this is definently not the cheapest route possible.
