Default clutch question

Swapped in a b16a2 tranny and all, new exedy stage 1 organic, 12.3 lbs flywheel.

The prob: engagement point on my clutch pedal is way too low, almost at the very bottom. Having driven other cars with upgraded clutches it just doesnt seem right.

Any opinions cause this is me off..... oh..Um.. Please??

I had that problem when I went from a stock clutch to the ACT HDSS and Prolite flywheel. It engaged right at the floor, so I adjusted the pedal a little to where it would engage at the proper height.

The pushrod coming from the master cylinder needs to be lengthed so that it has more play in it. You can do this by loosening the nut and turning the pushrod with your fingers. I had to adjust mine all the way out to have it engage at stock height.

Hope this helps since it was frustrating for me, but I figured it out quickly.
