Will a D16z6 tranny bolt up to a D15b?

 

I believe it will actually. It's not as easy as bam bam bam, but it should fit up with minimal work

 

do you think that would work but vice versa?? because i found a d15b tranny for pretty cheap the tranny on my D16Z6 is beat

 

it works both ways no complication what so ever as far as bolting up & mounting..

REMEMBER:
d15 has longer gears designed for gas milage & what not (doesn't work well with vtec motors)
d16 has shorter gears & was designed to stay in vtec range (higher rpm)
