lights blinks...

Default lights blinks...

when i first start my car all the lights in car including cluster lights, my headlights, tailights seems to blinks or dim repeatedly.. my car seems to bog also... but if i let the car run for 15 minutes the dimming stops and the cars runs fine... idk if its the altenator or battery... idk wat da hell is wrong .. ne body know...

I know exactly what you mean. Your alternatory (not battery) may need to be replaced

being that it's much easier to test the battery (ie. two 10mm nuts & carry it into the auto shop)

i'd test the battery first & then if it checks out fine.. i'd have a test done to see if while the alternator is under a draw if it's still producing the voltage that it should be.. most likley it's your alternator causing the problem & your battery is struggling to haul you around!

You can load test the alternator and the battery without removing it from the vehicle.

found the problem, i had a burnt fuse, it was the alternator fuse, replaced it and now the speedo works fine and lighTs dont dim.
