Axel Nut problem
Put the wheel back on, lower the car, hook up the breakerbar with a 32mm socket, and stick like a 10 foot pole on the end. I had to do this the 1st time I tried crackin' my axle nut loose. So I basically had a 10 foot pole with the socket on the end. Just try that.
Find yourself a big long thick piece of pipe, about 10' foot long sounds about right. Either jam a screwdriver down into the rotor and let it turn till it hits the caliper and stops or put the wheel back on and have someone sit on the brakes to keep the hub from turning. With enough pursausion, they will pop. A little PB blaster on the threads and whack it a few times with a hammer (the vibration will help pull the penatrating oil into the threads) won't hurt. I'm 210 pounds and I had another 180 pound guy hanging on an 8' foot pole before mine finally came loose. You'll obviously need a good breaker bar and get one that you can take back when it breaks/bends (craftsman is good). You can pickup new axle nuts at Honda for $4 a piece last time I bought some.

Hmm...I dunno if an impact wrench would do it after all you've tried. If possible bring it to a garage and they can easily get the nut off for like 5$. Then have them put a new nut on. It'll be impossible for it to seize up in that short of time.
I bet whoever worked on it before you used red locitite. I can't tell you how many times I have encountered that. Believe it or not, I have gotten cars in that have had red loctite on the splines! Had to beat on the axle for about 5 minutes before it came out.
