Ugh the stupid bitch axle won't slide all the way into the transmission for the life of me. Second time too. I'm gonna grease the hell out of it. You have to pull the axle to replace the boot anyway right?

yes indeed, u cant replace the boot without first takin out the axle. As for the zxle not sliding all the way in, u have to play around with until it goes in the tranny. Has to do it on the lude..it was a pain in the ass but then finally got it.

Yea. I just loaded the axle up with grease got it right in. A half an hour job took 3 hours. First I couldn't get the axle through the hub. Then I couldn't get the axle off, then on, then the LCA came up to high and I couldn't get the ball joint ini ts socket. Sheesh. Now I gotta do my suspension tomorrow.
