I have a 1993 Del sol with a Turbo Ls hence my username. I need to replace the axles and was wondering if I should get upgraded axles that are stronger? What brand would you reccomend? Right now I have 206 whp and 180 ft lbs of tourqe but in a couple of months I am planning on upping the boost to 10-12 psi.

 

I'm pushing about 275whp on a boosted D16 in my sol. I beat the hell out of the axles and they have held up fine. They have been on the car for 2-3 years, boosted for about 9000mi, seen 3-4 road course events and 5-6 trips to the strip.
If you're pushing 10-12 out of a 60-1 you might want to think about upgrading. 10-12 out of a t25 is another story.

 

Stock axles will be fine.
