Motor Dilema.. What to do???
I am getting another B16a for my Civic and I have the option of getting LSVTEC. I know the guy builds a great motor that will last a long time. He does them all the time and I know the power it can produce. I was just wondering what you guys would do...

id say your best bet is the LS/Vtec, get some more torque then the b16 and if you decide to boost down the road the ls/vtec will definently put you in a better place then the b16

please refrain from bumping your own thread every hour.
As for the LSVTEC, go with somebody who has built the setup before with no problems.

I go away for 9 months and you guys start allowing bumping of threads like this. shitty.
Anyway, you're not telling us the other options. You could go cr-vtec. I'm a big fan of the b16 for an all motor setup, simply for the rod stroke ratio.
What are your plans for the motor? N/A, turbo, spray? What kind of power do you realistically want to get out of it in the long run? Daily driver? Not everyone knows your car... Gotta help us out.
