1997 Acura 1.6 EL Dash
Could anyone give me instructions on how to get the part of the dash that's below the steering wheel off? I've found three screws, but the top of it's still securely fastened and I'm not sure how to get it off. I don't want to just yank on it because if I broke it I'd be pretty screwed.
I need to get it off because I need access to the door lock/unlock unit to get the serial number and model number. If you know how to get to it without taking off the dash, that'd be great too. I tried looking up from down by the pedals, but there are so many wires and other stuff in the way I can't see anything. I also tried looking for the unit under the kick panel, but it wasn't there.
