What are the best shocks & springs combo?

my c/o is too stiff...wanting to go with something more comfortable and a modest drop...probably an 1 inch or so is all I want. Thanks.

What Omnipower setup do you have? There are different spring rates, i believe (sport,, and street)? Correct me if I am wrong?
Get some new shocks, Tokico illumina or Koni yellows. (Adjustable)
