OPDS Unit location

I have a 2001 Honda Civic 2 Dr LX and need to replace the OPDS unit, but cant find it in my vehicle. Can some one assist me with this?

Its in the Passenger seat back. Look behind the seat, the cover should zipper. Undo the back fabric and its connected to the frame. just follow all the yellow wires.
