ok what do i need to do to my engine to make sure it will run ok with ZEX nitrous and a Stage 1 crower cam(it is a d16y8) i also have an air intake,intake manifold,pulley kit, exhaust, and headers.I know i need some new valve springs but what else should i get to be 100% safe and ok....

 

A compression test and probably a tune.
