Starting Problem

Got the new dizzy on, wont start.

Crank doesnt move, so I dont know. Starter kicks, but nothing after that.

Someone help

...still could be your belt.

put a 17 mm on the belt pulley main, does it turn clockwise at all? if not. take belts off accesorys and try to spin their pulleys, they all spin and one more tim try to spin the crank. actually just a new starter may help you not do those steps
