I do not know what is wrong but all of a sudden this started happening. When I first start my car and try to give it gas, the gas pedal sticks, but once I press it all the way down it is fine until I shut off the car again. Also sometimes when I race it happens. Anybody know why? or how to fix it?

 

Check the throttle cable for any kinks or damage.

 

I checked it and replaced it and it still happens

 

funny, my car does the same, the clockspring around the throttle has seemed to came unwound and isnt tight.

 

When I rev the car it kinda delays
