Yep, i'm supposed to drop the bare block off tomarrow at a local machine shop so that they can check it over for me / hone out my cylinder walls & begin to work on my crank.

I'll probably rebuild this Y8 longblock I have sitting in my garage.... GL with that rebuilding and hope they dont fuck it up like the others did

I'll be putting the bottom end of this one together.. so if anything happens to it this time.. i'll be the only one to blame!

I see you removed all pistons with crankshaft still in. So I guess it IS possible to remove the pistons without removing the crankshaft.

You've been through alot with that car. Hope those engine wreckers pay up!

:eh:

why the hell wouldnt you be able to take the pistons out without takin out the crank....that doesnt even make sense to have to remove the crank....
