but am i gonna lose that low end if i go 2.5? and should i get a resonator? i need all suggestions.

They're press bent exhausts, meaning it won't be 2.5" at the bends.

hmm....one more thing i plan to get a rear lip of some sort soon, but do they hang lower than the stock exhaust cutout or can i just fit it fitted snug with the stock bumper and have room for the lip?
