No need to use all these chemicals on it. After the decal is off just use some bug and tar remover to get off the excess glue. Wash the car then wax.

here's to the general consensus to those who have done it:
1. Heat it up(warm, not burning hot)
2. Peel it off(slowly...use your fingernail or something, or VERY CAREFULLY a razor to get it started)
3. Clean surface(i use bug and tar remover then polish with NuFinish, others use Goo Gone and such products)
4. Smile because rice is gone.
