Default What could it be?

I manual 96 ex coupe with a short ram intake. Everytime I accelerate I hear a whistling, and only when I accelerate. I figured it's the intake, but I'm not sure. I inspected the belts and the all look ok. I even put some belt dressing on them and it still squeaks. Could it be some type of air leak?

Its the intake. Because the original intake box has a muffler and silencers in them you don't hear it but once you put the short ram on you will hear it. Usually happens @ 1/4 to 1/2 throttle?
