00 civic skunk 2 stage 2 cam

I was wondering what kind of mods I would you have to do to my engine if i got a skunk2 stage 2 camshaft(to be safe and get the most power out of it!

Skunk2 Stage 2 cams require spring/retainer upgrades. And are ideal if you have high compression.
