CEL 7 and 20..............grrrrrrrr

CEL 7 and 20..............grrrrrrrr
facts up front, i have a b16a3 in my 93 si. running a obd1 p30 ecu.
out of nowhere i recieved cel codes 7-throttle position sensor and 20-electrical load detector. i tried calibratin my tps with a multimeter yet cant figure y its still trippin out. closed is.5v and open is 4.5 respectively. im lookin thru my helms yet its no help cuz it doesnt explain it in full, so now my lde is at 2k and i dunno whether its the tps position or its bad.
the electrical load detector is retarded. i look at my helms and the wires i need to check it is way off, i didnt know which wires to check for or what not. i tried lookin for the infamous wire harness rubbin underneath the im but there is nothing.
if anyone knows any hints, tips, advice, or pointers, please post it. i search numerous boards but cant seen to find anything to help it. thanks.
