where to buy a decent bodykit for 98 hatch

i was just wondering if any of you have ordered a body kit from a website and it came preety close to fitting, i need one for my little brother.
he has a 98 hatch , hes looking for a body club, im not sure i want to trust ebay . any suggestions??? thanks

he just had a minor wreck and the front bumper is gone and he wants something a little like a ricer LOL
