They all run 15s in the 1/4 mile. Except the Civic Type R.

doesn't the new hybrid accord have something like 250 hp? I know my dad's 2004 4 door with the k22 vetc doesn't have that much power, and it can move.

its called the EuroR. and there is a new version available, I believe its an Acura TSX in the States, but in Japan its a Honda Accord EuroR

There is a TSX in the states I dunno if its the Accord r though, I never really looked into accords.
