Default headlight condensation

I've got condensation building up under my driver side head light (97 civic). What should I look for as the cause of this problem. Broken seal? Small crack or break? Will the headlight need to be replaced. I imagine this is an easy fix but as my name suggests I'm not the brightest when it comes to cars.
Thanks
Brad
