Default Rear Sway,Tie, Brace

So I hear that if you use a rear swaybar thicker than 19mm you'll need reinforcement to avoid subchassis tear. That is the last thing I need. I’m looking into a 22mm sway/tie combo. Which is better, the tie or brace? Can/should I use both or is this overkill?
This car will see the track once a month and I’m pretty hard on it…

I didn't use one. There's another brand that makes the reinforcements mounts as well. Just search for it. Here's a pic of mine.

"Tie bars" and "braces" are the same thing.

They are different. There are braces that actually bolt onto the subframe to reinforce it by giving more contact area. Here is a brace for my car: http://www.a-spec-racing.com/product1.php. Tie bars don't do this so they won't stop tearing unless you get a combo like this: http://www.comptechusa.com/store/140130.html

PS: The Beaks kit isn't all it's talked up to be: http://www.superhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=183381

I have the comptech unit on mine. No worries of subframe tearout here.

Tie bar is a waste of money.

OK, so it looks like I will be putting everything I can on the rear. I was looking at the suspension techniqes rear sway bar/tie kit and or the ASR brace or the whole ASR kit. But here's the thing, ST is 22mm(3/4in) and the ASR is 19mm. Which would be better??? I have a 1in sway up front.
