Sorry about that, let me start over.
I got the car from a friend. Thinking it is timing problem. I setted the timing least 10 times. The coil and ignitor had been changed. It cranks fine and got fuel, but wont start. I unplug the #1 plug-wire to check for spark and it was none. At this point I am clueless.
Please help.
thanks!

how did you check for spark just by unplugging the #1 wire? Did you remove the plug?
Pull off the dist. cap and crank the engine. does the rotor move?

I never pull the spark plug, just the plug wire and placed by the block while someone crank the engine. Never remove the dist. or cap. I know the guy before me hook up alot of lights and prob-light and gauge. I dont know if it burn anything. I checked the Haynes repair manual (civic 84 thru 91) and on page 5 - 9 (#12) tell to check fuse #32 (50 Amp) located in the dash fuse box to make sure not blown. I checked and could not locate the fuse itself.
Thanks!

The capasitor (I think that what is called. not the igniter or coil) was bad.
thanks!
