Finnaly geting rid of previus owner mod...
Well sence ive put this del sol back on the road the muffler installed by the previus owner has been a thorn in my side. Recently however, the muffler has been making its self into more of an issue. The previus owner had installed this ractive muffler onto the stock exhaust, flaring the end of it to fit the receiver on the muffler. WELL this has resulted in the metal cracking from the TOP and BOTTOM of the connection, resulting in an anoying vibration against my sway bar, also it just plain sounds horribal. Sence the muffler is litteraly shaking its self off the car, i decided i need to set a new exhaust as a higher priority. So here it is, Bosal cat back exhaust, not the best, but a definate improvment for the time being.
Old exhaust
New exhaust

When he first showed me the pic of the exhaust, it should a slip fit exhuast in aluminized steel. It good to see that its flanged and Stainless steel....... seeing that im gonna to be putting it on. I worked at the mazda rev it up's and they used the bosal and i love the sound. It should be pretty close b/c the mazda's where 4 cyl.
ive got before and after recording if any one wants to hear the sickening old exhaust lol, this new one sounds great though, its so QUIET!!! I love that it has a nice growl under acceleration, but its as quiet as stock exhaust while cruising.
The new exhaust has a decent low growl to it, anyone interested in a quiet aftermarket exhaust should look into it. Bosal is a well-known manufacturer of OEM replacement parts, so no worries about the quality. The only problem with it is it's small diameter.
It's chrome plated mild steel, BTW.
