Default Lowering 2000 Si

I want to drop my car just to where the wheel well is cut right above the tire for a smooth clean look. What is recommended for this entire procedure?

They're all there bro, look again. He has locking lug nuts, hence the one that is different which needs a special lug nut key to take off. Learn something new?
