Default resonator??

If i do a b16 swap onto my 96 civic hatch cx... someone told me i needed a resonator since my stock car motor is part carborator.... or watever the hell a shitty cx motor is... is it true.. and if it is.. wat da hell is a resanator....

intake resonator or exhaust resonator? who ever told u that ur stock motor is part carburator is full of crap. in any case an intake resonator just makes it more quiet same as with an exhaust resonator.

a resonator is a plastic thing that makes your stock air intake quieter.. when u get an aftermarket intake youll notice it gets a lil louder without the resonator.. and you dont have a carburator,,, your car is fuel infected.. whoever told you that is full of shit... and hey... spend some time reading before you do anything or a swap.. you'll need it.. trust me..
