Default New Seat for my 95 Honda Civic

Hi.
My backrest is not staying at the desired (normal) position. If push back on it at all, like reaching for my wallet, it slips back to about a 85 degree angle which turns out to be quite uncomfortable after a short period of driving.
I have pushed it back a few times, but keeps on slipping back to the undesired angle!

Is it easy to remove the whole seat from the car, so I can more easily analyze what is slipping? And, is it cheap to get a replacement seat/backrest from a junkyard?
Thx.
Bob
