phillips hid kit problem

see the better kits don't require you modify that...and its real bad if moisture and all that gets in there so you need that rubber grommet or something that keeps it out

by better kits you mean like mc culloch? i was told that phillips was an excellent
i have the phillips ballast and bulb and they are pretty awesome

i was just checkin out your car

Phillips has one of the best aftermarket HID upgrade kits out there. I've tried or had experience with various brands, the one of the Osram bulbs changed colors on me, got Phillips replacements, the Phillips ballast is the best one I've seen. If you're going to want quality, buy quality. I've learned that the hard ways.

thanks...i jus work a lot doing graphic/web design stuff for different companies so i get connections sometimes.

but anywho, uhm has anyone there's two other kits i'm thinking about trying

My rubber grommet didn't fit into my headlights, because my bulb actually sticks out of the assembly (projectors). Just use high quality water-proof tape around to seal it. Don't use too much or it might look ghetto.
