i dont really like the k's myself. id rather just stick with a d or a b. an h wouldnt be too bad, but i would stay away from the k's for a couple more years until they have become more common of a swap

yes, the whole swap costed me around $6000 so it is possible, just need to know what to use.
Here's a rough list

TSX motor $1900 shipped New
Ep3 alternator and starter $120
Ep3 tranny $500 or type s tranny 6 speed 900
rsx type s engine harness $150
rsx type s manifold $100
rsx type s TB $200
rsx type s axles $100
B series axles $80
Fuel crap $250
misc crap $200 (bolts, betls, gaskets, fluids etc..)
Mounts $499
Wiring -Free _Learn how to read or $350
Honda K pro $800
Header $1000
shifter+ cables $150
--------------------------------
around $6000-$7000

The reason why the motors are cheap is because I located the main source and cut a deal on 30 of them.

Nikos, thanks for the info. I'll look you up when I'm ready for one as well. That's a lot of good power to use on the track. So the TSX block is 2.4l, not a 2.0l right. I can't remember K24 <>K20a
It was the long block for $1900...
Damn, that header is pretty expensive, custom huh...
