Small deal:
Ok, so stock tire size is 185/65/14. Anything wider than this sticks out the fender. This (slightly) affects aero dynamics. The Si had 195's and the lip option.
Is a lip the only thing to do about this?
I'm looking for other ideas cuz I can't give up any more lip clearance.

Have your car ever been wrecked. Could play a big part. Also what kind of car model etc...Si hatch,coupe. You can either go 185-60-14's or go 195-50-15's. What kind of rims do you have also?

So you have the OEM Si wheels with a 195/55R15 tire? What tire exactly? Does it have a rim protector? It shouldn't stick out very far, I've seen 205/50R15's stick out a bit, but OEM Si wheels are only 6.5" wide.
