buy a new axle. i had the same problem. bought 2 reman axles and happened on both of them too. bought a new one and having no problems. this was a problem on civic axles so when they rebuilt peoples old axles with that problem someone else gets it down the line again...or you can buy reman and cross your fingers. i just had bad luck.
