Found new oil leak
The new leak seems to come from what looks like the oil pressure sending unit right below the distributor assembly. Can I just remove and put something on the threads to keep from leaking or must I buy a new one? Some liquid gasket should seal it up pretty good I think.
I would try cleaning off the threads and then wrapping them with teflon tape. If that doesn't solve the problem, buy a new one. They are probably insanely expensive, so start with the cheap solution first.
I have the wrong sensor. It is not the oil pressure sending unit. There is some kind of sensor screwed into the block directly below the distributor assembly that's leaking oil. Does anyone know what this is? The oil pressure sending unit is near the oil filter.
The gasket thats attached to the distributor assembly could also be leaking. Any pointers?

Which motor? Do you have pictures?

If you can screw it out then put teflon tape on it as Shmoo said. I wouldn't ever use gasket sealer on a sensor that screws into an open orafice where the pieces could float around in the motor.
