Default lightweight Flywheel ?

Hey all

Just been surfing the web, and came across a performance upgrade called "lightweight Flywheel", now i have a Civic B16A VTI (SiR) with a few mods, and i was just wondering if any of you guys/gals have changed your flywheel and is it worth it?

Thanks

I read somewhere on this site that not only does it allow you to rev faster, but as a negative it will make your revs drop quicker. Correct me if i am wrong!

its true...since there is less weight there is less forward inertia, but it isnt noticable enough to offset the benefits.
