Default My new headlights

I just got my denji "Shark Eye" projectors today and installed them. From the bits and parts i've seen/read, the extra wire set that comes with them is used for the high beam and low beams to shine together right?? Or was i suppose to hook those up with them? so far they look really good. I'm not 100% sure i adjusted them well, maybe 90% but i can see . I havent taken pics yet but heres what they look like.

I really didn't wanna get some type of blub that will cost up to 200-300 bucks... ya think the Sliverstars will be fine?? Or maybe there is something else out there that doesnt cost as much as a HID? any help would be cool. here s a pic of the lights on the wall.
