Default headers..

can cheap headers mess up the o2 sensors??

if im correct..

headers push air out.. not in, and your 02 Sensor in in your intake (which pulls the air in), not your headers...

so no.

since we are on the topic of headers.. i changed my oil today and i notice that my DC sports were a little rusty... should i get new, clean ones or just take an SOS Pad to the rush and brush it off?

the o2 sensor is in the exhaust, i think that you are thinking of the MAP sensor that is in the intake

I would stay away from cheap headers, you get what you pay for there, however i have never heard of them meesing up a an o2 sensor

I say clean them off and spray some engine enamel on them

the only way a HEADER can mess up an o2 sensor is if the dummy behind the o2 sensor cross threads it into the bung on the HEADER.
