I jus got a intake manifold off a z8 head and i wanna out it on my y7 engine, the manifold is different from my car so i wanted to know if it would jus bolt on my car no problem and if i will gain horsepower.

do you mean y8 or z6?

 

I am guessing you mean a y8 manifold on a y7. If so then you will need:
y8 Throttle body. (you can mod the y7 but easier to just have y8)
y8 or z6 fuel rail
y8 intake and throttle body gaskets

Thats all i can think of. Gains will be minimal. But good for a good d series setup.
