from what ive read in the past, i think thats called a "mini me"

and i think the d16z6 head is better for boost...

But i still call me a noob so ....

mmm stick with ur current head... it will have a lower compression thatn the y8... and lower compression is good to turbo ur engine...

is there anything wrong with you z6 head? If not, don't bother. If so, there shouldn't be any big advantage either way. Don't do it as a "performance upgrade" the heads are close to identical anyway.

d16z6's came in the 5th gen's generally in the EX (vtec motor)

honestly, if your looking to go the turbo route, i'd leave it alone. Only thing that you might want to concider is changing internals & what not for the amount of boost that your are going to want to run. If your going to want to run anything more than bout 8-10lbs. then your going to want to change out some of your internals.

Stock compression on the z6 is nice for the turbo application!

yeah the Z6 has better flow, lower compression its like 9.2 vs 9.6
