Default Sway bar shifting side to side

Anyone else having this problem. I am using the Integra Type R sway bar with Comptech endlinks. I noticed the bar shifts from one side to the other. 99 Civic Si. I am running Eibach sportlines and have a rear tie bar as well so its extremely stiff back there. I also already have the Mugen reinforcement plates.

Elaborate on the "shifting". The sway bar isn't fully bolted to the subframe, it's just secured so it will have some movement.

There are 2 green lines on each side of the bar to align it up right. When bolting it on the lines are where they are supposed to be. A few days later the lines are shifted to the right (passengers side).

how far did it move? Its probably just "settled" into its natural location once the car's weight was put on the suspension. As long as its not way off and it doesn't move around while driving (i.e. it stays in the same place from here on out), I don't think its a problem. Mine's not perfectly centered either, but it works fine.
